Strange, there's no record of the film at http://www.filmportal.de, and they pretty much list everything filmed in Germany up to a certain point and time. Willi Forst, who's listed as the film's producer, also doesn't turn up for any similar films. But generally if you don't find a notice to enforce copyright at copyright.gov (click "Registrations and Documents" then "Search the Catalog"), you're on the safe side for German films. You might also try emailing the woman who uploaded the film, you can find her email under

Most Nazi propaganda was not afforded copyright or copyright restoration in the US. There were clauses added to the GATT/URAA legislation to keep Nazi films in the public domain. Films that were subject to the Alien Properties Act are inelegible for copyright restoration as are all films that would be owned by a national goverment or a national government entity (like Transit Film the German government-owned film company) upon restoration.
